Europe Travel Packages Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Europe Packages Specialist to join our growing travel agency team. You will be responsible for creating, customizing, and selling attractive European travel itineraries for individual and group travellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and customize Europe travel packages (FIT & GIT)

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and local vendors across Europe

Provide detailed itineraries, costings, and visa guidance to clients

Handle end-to-end client queries, bookings, and pre-departure assistance

Stay updated on Schengen visa rules and entry requirements

Upsell activities, transfers, and insurance

Handle post-sales support and feedback resolution

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in European and Australia outbound travel

Strong knowledge of top European ( France, Italy, Switzerland, etc.) and Australia destinations.

Experience dealing with DMCs like TBO, Dnata, or other B2B partners

Familiarity with GDS/booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a plus

Excellent communication & client handling skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality

Certification from tourism boards (e.g., Switzerland Specialist, VisitBritain)

Experience with visa documentation is an advantage
