Event Planner / Manager

On-Site Event Execution

• Oversee complete setup, execution, and breakdown of wedding events
• Ensure all décor, props, and setups are installed as per design and layout
• Act as the main point of contact on site during the event

Props & Inventory Management

• Manage loading, unloading, placement, and safety of all props and décor items
• Ensure props are handled carefully and returned in proper condition
• Coordinate storage and logistics when required

Labour & Team Management

• Supervise and manage labour teams, technicians, and helpers
• Assign tasks and ensure efficient manpower utilization
• Maintain discipline, safety, and professionalism on site

Time & Schedule Management

• Follow the event timeline strictly
• Ensure setups, ceremonies, and transitions happen on time
• Handle last-minute changes calmly without affecting execution

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with decorators, lighting, sound, florists, and other vendors
• Ensure all vendors arrive on time and follow the event plan

Problem Solving & Quality Control

• Handle on-site challenges and emergencies quickly
• Maintain high standards of quality, aesthetics, and safety
• Ensure client satisfaction during the event
