Job Summary

KonceptNDesigns is looking for an experienced Wedding Event Supervisor to manage complete on-ground wedding execution, including labour handling, production coordination, and warehouse operations. The candidate should be highly responsible, able to work under critical timelines, and oversee logistics from loading to final unloading.

Key Responsibilities

Wedding Execution & Site Management

• Supervise complete wedding event setup and execution at venues
• Ensure all décor and production work is delivered as per plan
• Coordinate with vendors, teams, and event staff on-site
• Handle last-minute challenges calmly in a high-pressure environment

Labour & Team Management

• Manage labour teams for setup, dismantling, and production work
• Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain discipline, efficiency, and quality on-site

Warehouse & Inventory Handling

• Prepare and maintain item checklists for every event
• Ensure proper loading of wedding material from the warehouse
• Supervise unloading and returning of items after events
• Maintain stock accuracy and report missing/damaged items

Logistics & Production Coordination

• Ensure smooth movement of material between warehouse and venue
• Take responsibility for all décor assets during transit
• Coordinate transport teams and ensure safe handling of items

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding/event execution
• Strong knowledge of décor production and logistics handling
• Ability to work in critical and fast-paced environments
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented personality
• Must be comfortable with physical supervision work (loading/unloading)

Accommodation Preference

• Candidate should be willing to stay at the warehouse in Chattarpur (if possible)
• OR have accommodation nearby for quick availability during event schedules.

Job Type

• Based out of Chattarpur warehouse with travel to wedding venues
