Events & Promotions Agent

Location: Delhi & Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing events, college activations, exhibitions, and catering setups
• Coordinate logistics including freezer setup, inventory movement, and event materials
• Supervise on-ground stall operations during events
• Ensure proper brand representation and customer engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, sales) for smooth execution
• Maintain stock records and report daily sales during events
• In the absence of events, report to the store and support operations
• Support vendor coordination and basic event documentation
• Travel locally/intercity for event setups and activations as required
• Requirements: Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on weekends, event days, and festivals
• Ability to handle physical setup (freezer movement, stall setup, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media is a plus
• Prior event experience is preferred but not mandatory
