Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with at least 5 years of relevant experience to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and day-to-day executive operations with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond appropriately
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity
- Support executives in decision-making by organizing data and tracking tasks
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely execution of executive directives
- Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and leadership reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Preferred Attributes Experience supporting senior leadership or CXO-level executives
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and take initiative
