Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with at least 5 years of relevant experience to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and day-to-day executive operations with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond appropriately
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity
  • Support executives in decision-making by organizing data and tracking tasks
  • Liaise with departments to ensure timely execution of executive directives
  • Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and leadership reviews


Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Preferred Attributes Experience supporting senior leadership or CXO-level executives
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and take initiative
