Key Responsibilities

• Professional communication with clients

• Follow-up on inquiries and orders

• Preparation of quotations, proposals & proforma invoices

• Handling professional email correspondence

• Coordination with suppliers & issuing purchase orders

• Managing and responding to IndiaMART leads

• Supporting the complete sales process responsibly

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Basic computer knowledge

• Working knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

• Ability to read and understand English clearly

• Basic understanding of AI tools (preferred)

• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
