Pastry Chef – Ambrosia Bakery
Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 3
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of professional pastry experience

We are an established artisan bakery focused on quality, craftsmanship, and consistency, creating indulgent desserts that delight both the eye and the palate. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to help elevate our pastry program and grow with us.
Role Overview
As a Pastry Chef at Ambrosia, you will play a key role in end-to-end pastry production—from preparation and finishing to quality control and kitchen hygiene. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with creativity, discipline, and pride in their craft.
- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily pastry production efficiently while meeting order volumes, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Prepare a range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods in line with Ambrosia’s recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation across all products
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Manage inventory levels, place ingredient requisitions, and minimize wastage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute ideas for product improvements, seasonal specials, or new dessert concepts (preferred)
What We’re Looking: For 3-5 years of hands-on professional pastry experience (bakery, patisserie, hotel, or luxury dessert brand preferred)
- Strong foundation in pastry techniques, baking principles, and dessert finishing
- High attention to detail with a refined sense of aesthetics and presentation
- Sound knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with consistency and precision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative team mindset
- Passion for desserts and continuous learning in the pastry craft
