Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. MECM experience-

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) infrastructure

• Maintain SCCM client health, collections, boundary groups, and configuration baselines

• Experience with modern endpoint management tools, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Hybrid Azure AD Join, to support future cloud-based management strategies

• Perform general MECM administration and troubleshooting.

• Creating reports using SCCM reporting and SQL 2012 management studio.

• Upgraded knowledge on MECM

• knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP and their relation to a MECM Environment (IIS, BITS and SQL Database).

• Perform daily administration tasks and best practices on MS MECM, managing collections, packages, advertisements, and reporting.

• Installing SCCM 2012 & 1902, MECM 1910 & 2010 clients using client push installation and client remediation script.

• Resolving issues related to SCCM client installation.

• Maintained SCCM client troubleshooting skills on Windows 10 & Windows 11 platforms.

• Provide monthly reporting of patching activity and work with local teams to resolve patching issues

• Daily checking health checkup report and performing troubleshooting failure DP content, Patch deployment status and Site components.

• Daily Handling of incidents, Patch exception request tasks related to troubleshooting of SCCM client installation, software distribution and other SCCM issues, and Software updates on the client side.

• Checking the Server-side log files and Client-side log files for troubleshooting the issues.

2. Packaging-

• Working on software distribution and Application & patch management.

• Under supervision, create Collections/Applications/Software Update Group within an SCCM 2012 and 1902, MECM 1910 environment.

• Creating packages & Applications for Application deployments.

• Creation of query collections as per custom requirements.

• Support for package distributions.

• Software Applications deployment through MECM to pilot systems then rolled out in production. 

3. Intune-

• Basic Troubleshooting Knowledge in all Intune-related issues.

• Experience in Deploying Windows applications through Intune.
