What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end non-tech hiring (ops, sales, support roles)

• Source aggressively through portals, references & networks

• Coordinate interviews and close positions within timelines

• Partner with hiring managers and drive quick turnaround

• Maintain strong candidate experience & pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech hiring)

• Background from recruitment consultancy preferred

• Strong sourcing & stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and close fast

• Immediate joiner preferred
