Exhibtion 3D Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in the exhibition and events industry to conceptualize and develop visually compelling 3D stall designs for exhibitions, trade shows, and events. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, proficiency in 3D software, and an understanding of materials and production processes relevant to exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design 3D exhibition stalls, booths, kiosks, and event setups as per client briefs.

Create high-quality 3D visuals, renders, and walkthroughs for presentations.

Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to interpret design briefs effectively.

Ensure designs are production-ready with technical detailing and material specifications.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Make revisions based on feedback from clients and internal teams

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in 3D designing for exhibitions/events.

Proficiency in 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong visualization and rendering skills.

Knowledge of exhibition fabrication materials and techniques is a must.

Good communication and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in handling international exhibition projects.

Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Motion graphics or animation skills (optional but a plus).
