• Full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kailash 2, Delhi, India

• Pilates Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations at the main counter

• Ensure top-tier customer service and manage staff.

• Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining studio standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for both clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

• Team Leadership and ability to inspire and manage a team

• Background in Sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets

• Proficiency in Project Management for organizing studio operations and events

• Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
