Export Executive

Job Title: Export Executive (Biotechnology Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage international sales operations, documentation, and coordination for biotechnology products. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end export processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Shipping Bill, etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners
• Manage international shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with international clients for order processing and updates
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
• Follow up on payments, LC, and other export-related financial processes
• Maintain records of all export transactions and documentation
• Coordinate internally with production, sales, and accounts teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream)
• Experience in export/import operations preferred (0–3 years can apply)
• Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
• Basic understanding of international trade and logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience in biotechnology/pharma/medical equipment industry
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping practices
