Export Operations Manager

We seek a dedicated Accountant and Export-Import Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires expertise in both accounting and managing international trade operations. Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.

Export-Import Management:

Oversee and manage international trade operations.

Ensure compliance with import-export regulations and documentation.

Handle shipping logistics, including customs clearance and freight forwarding.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers globally.

Monitor and optimize supply chain and inventory levels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting, financial management, and export-import operations.

Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.

Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
