Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research food importers, distributors, and wholesalers in UAE & GCC
- Build verified lead databases (email, LinkedIn, phone, company details)
- Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Handle follow-ups and nurture leads professionally
- Schedule virtual meetings with interested buyers
- Coordinate with internal team for pricing, samples, and documentation
- Maintain CRM / Excel reports of outreach and pipeline
- Drive conversations from first contact to sample dispatch stage
Target Market:
- UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah)
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Oman
- Kuwait
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5+ years experience in export sales / international business development
- Proven experience in UAE or GCC food market preferred
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
- Confident communicator in English
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of food export documentation is an advantage
Performance Expectations:
- Generate 300–400 new leads per month
- 15–25 qualified buyer conversations per month
- 5–10 serious distributor discussions monthly
- Weekly reporting of pipeline status
Compensation:
- Fixed salary (based on experience)
