Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research food importers, distributors, and wholesalers in UAE & GCC
  • Build verified lead databases (email, LinkedIn, phone, company details)
  • Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
  • Handle follow-ups and nurture leads professionally
  • Schedule virtual meetings with interested buyers
  • Coordinate with internal team for pricing, samples, and documentation
  • Maintain CRM / Excel reports of outreach and pipeline
  • Drive conversations from first contact to sample dispatch stage

Target Market:

  • UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah)
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • Oman
  • Kuwait

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5+ years experience in export sales / international business development
  • Proven experience in UAE or GCC food market preferred
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
  • Confident communicator in English
  • Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of food export documentation is an advantage

Performance Expectations:

  • Generate 300–400 new leads per month
  • 15–25 qualified buyer conversations per month
  • 5–10 serious distributor discussions monthly
  • Weekly reporting of pipeline status

Compensation:
