Factory Staff

Job Description

We are looking for Factory Staff to support our product processing, machine operations, factory maintenance, and basic production reporting activities. The role involves hands-on work on the shop floor, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth factory operations. Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform product processing and handling as per company standards
• Operate production and packaging machines safely and efficiently
• Support routine machine maintenance and report faults or breakdowns
• Assist in office and factory maintenance activities
• Maintain product knowledge, specifications, and handling procedures
• Support basic product analysis and quality checks
• Record daily production data and work reports
• Follow safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines inside the factory
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team for smooth operations
• Assist in inventory handling, storage, and material movement when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th and above
• Experience: 0 – 6+ years (Freshers can apply)
• Basic understanding of factory or production work
• Willingness to learn machine operation and product processing
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and report generation
• Ability to understand product quality and process instructions
• Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment
• Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
