Factory Supervisor

हम एक जिम्मेदार और हैंड्स-ऑन फैक्ट्री सुपरवाइज़र की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो हमारी प्रिंटिंग और पैकेजिंग फैक्ट्री में रोज़ाना का प्रोडक्शन और डिस्पैच संभाल सके। इस भूमिका में प्रोडक्शन प्लानिंग, मज़दूरों का प्रबंधन और सभी ई-कॉमर्स ऑर्डर्स को समय पर पैक व शिप कराना शामिल है।

सुपरवाइज़र को फैक्ट्री फ़्लोर पर मज़दूरों के साथ काम करना होगा, केवल निर्देश देना पर्याप्त नहीं होगा।

कार्य विवरण

• समय: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:30 बजे तक (सप्ताह में 6 दिन)
• लचीलापन: ज़रूरत पड़ने पर ओवरटाइम करना होगा
• स्थान: विष्णु गार्डन, नई दिल्ली
• नज़दीकी क्षेत्र: ख्याला, घोड़े वाला मंदिर, मादीपुर, पश्चिम पुरी, सुभाष नगर, पश्चिम विहार
• नज़दीकी मेट्रो: सुभाष नगर, पश्चिम विहार (ईस्ट)

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• पेंडिंग व आने वाले ऑर्डर्स के आधार पर रोज़ाना प्रोडक्शन प्लान करना।
• मज़दूरों को दैनिक टार्गेट देना और समय पर पूरा कराना।
• मज़दूरों के साथ मिलकर प्रिंटिंग, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और पैकेजिंग का काम संभालना।
• पिक-अप बॉय आने से पहले सभी ऑर्डर्स पैक करवाना।
• ज़रूरत पड़ने पर काम की प्राथमिकता तुरंत बदलना।
• सभी मार्केटप्लेस से शिपिंग लेबल डाउनलोड व प्रिंट करना।
• लेबल पहले से मज़दूरों को देना ताकि पैकिंग समय पर हो सके।
• रिटर्न शिपमेंट ट्रैक करना और मार्केटप्लेस पर क्लेम डालना।
• रोज़ाना प्रोडक्शन व ऑर्डर रिपोर्ट मैनेजमेंट को देना।
• मज़दूरों की अटेंडेंस, अनुशासन और प्रोडक्टिविटी पर नज़र रखना।
• लॉजिस्टिक्स, मैनेजमेंट और वेंडर टीम से समन्वय बनाए रखना।

योग्यता व कौशल

• 1–2 साल का अनुभव (Factory / Production Supervisor के रूप में)।
• प्रिंटिंग, पैकेजिंग या ई-कॉमर्स फैक्ट्री का अनुभव वरीयता।
• बेसिक कंप्यूटर और MS Excel का ज्ञान।
• मज़दूरों को संभालने और रोज़ाना टार्गेट पूरा कराने की क्षमता।
• समय प्रबंधन और समस्या सुलझाने की अच्छी समझ।
• दबाव में काम करने की क्षमता।

We are hiring a hands-on Factory Supervisor to manage daily production and dispatch operations in our printing and packaging factory. The role includes planning production, managing workers, and ensuring all e-commerce orders are packed and shipped on time. The supervisor must work on the factory floor along with workers.

Work Details

• Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 days a week
• Flexibility: Working hours may extend when required
• Location: Vishnu Garden, New Delhi
• Nearby Areas: Khayala, Ghode Wala Mandir, Madipur, Paschim Puri, Subhash Nagar, Paschim Vihar

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily production quantity based on pending and expected orders and dispatch timelines.
• Assign targets, supervise workers, and work with them to meet production and packing deadlines.
• Manage printing, manufacturing, and packaging activities.
• Ensure all orders are packed before pickup and change task priority if urgent dispatch is required.
• Download, print, and assign shipping labels from marketplaces in advance.
• Track returned shipments and raise claims with marketplaces.
• Maintain daily production and order reports and share them with management.
• Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Coordinate with management, logistics, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience as Factory / Production Supervisor.
• Experience in printing, packaging, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage workers, meet daily targets, and handle dispatch pressure.
• Bold, confident, proactive, and comfortable working on the factory floor.
