Factory Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Furniture Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage factory staff, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in furniture manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory production activities
• Manage and train production workers
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Monitor machine usage, workflow, and material consumption
• Enforce safety regulations and factory policies
• Report production performance to management
• Assist in process improvement and waste reduction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
• Strong knowledge of furniture production processes and materials
• Ability to read drawings and production plans
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational training in woodworking or manufacturing
• Experience with CNC machines or modern production systems
