Factory Worker

Job Title: Factory Worker (Helper / Power Press Man / Spot Welder / Shearing Machine Operator)

Location: delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Description:

We are hiring Factory Workers for an electrical modular boxes manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in production activities and operating machines as per the assigned role.

Available Roles:

• Helper
• Power Press Machine Operator
• Spot Welder
• Shearing Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in manufacturing and production processes
• Operate machines safely and efficiently (for operator roles)
• Maintain quality standards of products
• Follow safety guidelines and factory rules
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 8th pass / 10th fail / 10th pass / 12th pass / ITI / Diploma
• Graduate and Postgraduate candidates are not eligible
• Basic understanding of factory work is preferred
• Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment

Additional Information:

• Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s skills and experience
• Immediate joiners preferred
