Factory Worker

We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Factory Worker to join our Wiring Harness Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembly, crimping, taping, routing, testing, and inspection of automotive wiring harnesses as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, stripping, and crimping of wires as per specifications.
• Assemble wiring harness components as per drawing and SOP.
• Perform connector insertion, sleeve insertion, and taping operations.
• Use tools like crimping machines, applicators, heat guns, and continuity testers.
• Conduct basic continuity and short-circuit testing.
• Maintain production targets as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow quality guidelines and report defects immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, dies, and fixtures.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of wiring harness assembly.
• Ability to read simple drawings and wiring layouts.
• Knowledge of wire color coding.
• Experience in crimping and terminal insertion preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Physically fit for factory work.

Educational Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass (ITI preferred)
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

Experience

• 0–3 years in wiring harness manufacturing or automotive assembly industry preferred.
