We're on a mission to redefine style and create high-quality, fashion-forward clothing that resonates with the modern individual.We’re looking for a creative and passionate Gen-Z focused Fashion Designer to join our team and bring innovative ideas to life.

Role Description:

• Design and create new clothing seasonal collections for Men and Women casual wear, keeping up with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Develop mood boards, technical sketches, and detailed tech packs for new designs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Research and source fabrics, materials, and accessories to complement the collections.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with brand messaging.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging fashion innovations.
• Conduct research on fabrics, trims and embellishments, considering cost implications and sourcing options.
• Maintain organized records of design concepts, sketches and specifications for reference and future use.
• Ensure all designs reflect the brand's identity and target customer.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in fashion design (brand experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills.
• Creative flair with a deep understanding of current fashion trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
