Job Title: Content Lead / Project Coordinator

Location: Delhi NCR

Mode of Work – Remote/Hybrid

Shift timings – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview : We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Content Head to lead our content initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple teams. This role involves developing project charters, coordinating with various departments, and managing the content team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Project Charter Development: Lead the creation and maintenance of project charters, identifying key stakeholders to ensure clarity in project objectives and alignment across teams. • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Tech, Outsourced teams, and Quality Assurance to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. • Work Breakdown Structure: Develop a comprehensive work breakdown structure for the production team, overseeing the content team to ensure tasks are clearly defined and effectively managed. • Scheduling and Resource Management: Define and develop project schedules, activities, and resource estimates, ensuring that all activities are completed within designated timeframes. • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of all deliverables, ensuring that content meets established standards and stakeholder expectations. • Liaison Role: Act as the primary link between the CSM and operations, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals between teams. • Team Management: Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals, ensuring that projects are completed before SLA breaches occur. • KPI Development and Improvement: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to enhance team productivity and performance based on these metrics. • Data Tracking and Reporting: Oversee day-to-day data tracking, providing regular reports to the Client Support Manager (CSM) on project progress, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications: • Education in Fashion Background is mandatory • Proven experience in content management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a leadership capacity. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in project management tools and content management systems (CMS).
