Fashion Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can translate our vision into commercially

successful and aesthetically strong kidswear collections. The ideal candidate should have a

strong understanding of kid’s fashion, fabrics, silhouettes, and production processes, with

the ability to lead a team and execute collections end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Founder to understand seasonal concepts and brand

direction

• Design and develop collections aligned with the brand’s identity and market trends

• Lead the sampling and development process efficiently

• Manage and guide pattern masters, tailors, and karigars

• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to production

• Source fabrics and trims suitable for kidswear

• Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards

• Conduct regular quality checks and fittings

• Stay updated on kidswear trends

• Work with production team for scalability and cost efficiencyRequirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of garment construction and production workflows

• Experience managing karigars and sampling teams

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Hands-on approach

Additional Requirements

Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi (Naraina Industrial Area). Comfortable

working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
