Role Overview

DENMONK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fashion Designer Intern with a strong inclination toward activewear design and pattern development. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete design and development lifecycle, including market research, catalogue development, sampling, and product shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to analyze fashion trends, competitor products, and customer preferences within the activewear segment
• Assist in designing and developing activewear and athleisure collections
• Support pattern making, measurements, and fit development, particularly for stretch and performance garments
• Contribute to the creation of new design concepts aligned with DENMONK’s brand identity and market demand
• Assist in the development, organization, and updating of the product catalogue
• Participate in fabric selection with an understanding of performance, comfort, and stretch requirements
• Assist in sample development, fittings, and design corrections
• Coordinate with the production and sampling teams to ensure timely execution
• Support product photoshoots, including styling assistance, sample coordination, and on-site shoot work
• Maintain organized design documentation, patterns, and samples

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design
• Strong pattern sense, preferably with experience or interest in activewear or stretch garments
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and fitting
• Familiarity with fabrics .
• Ability to work on-site at the Ramesh Nagar location
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn in a professional environment
