Glittercholi is a growing custom-made ethnic wear brand specializing in lehengas, shararas, ghararas, bridesmaid outfits, and family ensembles. Each garment is made-to-order and produced with close coordination between designers, artisans, and tailors.

We are looking for a Production & Operations Manager based in Delhi who can manage garment production, coordinate with karigars and vendors, and bring structure to the production workflow.

⚠️ This role is strictly for candidates currently based in Delhi. Applications from outside Delhi will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production timelines for custom orders

• Coordinate with tailors, embroidery karigars, and fabric vendors

• Track order progress from fabric sourcing to final finishing

• Ensure quality control before dispatch

• Manage multiple custom garment orders simultaneously

• Maintain production tracking systems and daily updates

• Work closely with the founder to execute design and sampling

Required Skills

• Experience in garment production (preferably ethnic wear)

• Understanding of garment construction and finishing

• Ability to manage tailors and karigar teams

• Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and stitching processes

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• 3–6 years experience in fashion production or boutique operations

• Experience with lehenga / bridal / custom ethnic wear production
