- Counsel students for UG, PG, Course for college in Delhi NCR
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission process
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain student data, follow-ups, and documentation
- Coordinate with the admissions, accounts, and academic teams
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Provide post-admission support to students
