Job Description
- Visit customers at their residence or place of business to collect due payments FOR CREDIT CARD DEFAULT.
- Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts as per assigned portfolio.
- Negotiate payment schedules and settlements in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Report daily field activity and collection performance to the manager.
