Field Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and active Field Executive to join our service team. You will be the face of our company for our corporate clients. Your main job is to ensure that our hygiene products and fragrance systems are delivered on time, serviced properly, and that payments are collected efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Delivery: Safely transport and deliver hygiene products (tissues, dispensers, etc.) to various corporate offices, hospitals, and hotels.
• Service & Maintenance: Visit client sites to refill fragrance diffusers and ensure all installed dispensers are working perfectly.
• Payment Collection: Coordinate with client accounts departments to collect cheques or payment confirmations and submit them to our office.
• Customer Relationship: Act professionally with clients, answer basic questions about our services, and report any feedback to the management.
• Reporting: Maintain a simple daily log of visits, services completed, and items delivered.
• Requirements & SkillsEducation: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• Transportation: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
• Language: Basic understanding of English and fluency in the local language.
