Installation Service Engineer (Video Conferencing)

Job Summary:

The Installation Service Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting video conferencing products for corporate and government clients. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install and set up video conferencing systems at client locations
2. Configure hardware and software for proper functioning
3. Test and troubleshoot systems after installation
4. Provide basic training to clients on system usage
5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
6. Maintain service reports and documentation
7. Ensure timely completion of installations

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, or related field

Basic knowledge of networking and AV (audio-video) systems

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to travel frequently (field job)

Ability to work in corporate and government environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video conferencing systems

Understanding of networking (LAN/WAN)

Hands-on experience with installation and servicing
