Field Lead Collection Executive ( Construction & Real Estate Sector)

lead Collection Executive Task Will Be to:-

Identifying & Documenting new construction site addresses with precise site address....& Stage Of Construction .

Identifying details of key decision Makers on site such as Developer...Building Owner..Site Supervisor or Manager & Architect Details .

The Job is ON FIELD DATA GENERATION..

Conduct DAILY FIELD VISITS To identify new residential or commercial sites.

Daily reporting of DATA & to MAINTAIN RECORDS of visited sites & leads generated in our DATA Base or CRM.

EXPERIENCE :- Prior experience of FIELD SALES & DATA COLLECTION related to real estate industry is preferred.

TRAVEL:- must have 2 wheeler & valud driving license & smartphone.

SKILLS:- Excellent communication & convincing skills to interact with site staff.

LOCALITY KNOWLEDGE :- Strong knowledge of local roads and developing areas in DELHI/ NCR.
