We are a young and dynamic firm specializing in financial and insurance products, seeking talented Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with individuals and businesses (MSMEs & SMEs), identifying their financial needs, and presenting our comprehensive suite of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify new leads for individual and business clients.
• Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve set targets.
• Client Service: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
• Market Research & Reporting: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products. Prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial sales or a related field (insurance, wealth management).
• Freshers with no experience (with zeal to learn) can also apply.

• Strong understanding of financial and insurance products (individual & commercial).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
