Job Summary

Emm Aar Knitwear is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our knitwear products, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and retailers. The candidate will be responsible for market visits, lead generation, order collection, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Visit garment markets, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote Emm Aar Knitwear products

Generate new leads and convert them into customers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders

Collect orders and coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for timely delivery

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing trends

Present product samples, catalogs, and explain product features and quality

Ensure timely collection of payments (if assigned)

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (garment/knitwear industry preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of local garment markets

Must be willing to travel extensively

Two-wheeler required (with valid license)

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
