👨‍💼 RoleGLAM ko chahiye Field Recruiter jo delivery riders aur gig workers ko hire kare. Aapko field visits, local network aur job platforms se bulk hiring karni hogi.

Responsibilities'

• Delivery riders ko source & recruit karna
• Interview aur document verification
• Onboarding process manage karna
• Operations team ke manpower needs fulfill karna

✅ Requirements

• 1–2 saal ka field recruitment experience (logistics/e-commerce preferred)
• Local network strong ho aur candidates mobilize kar sake
• Communication aur documentation skills honi chahiye
• Delhi NCR mein travel karne ki willingness
