Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Field Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits.
• Pitch products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to the sales manager.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in field work or field sales.
• Own a two-wheeler (bike is mandatory).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
