Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce.

Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, referrals, and local vendors.

Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with operations team.

Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

Maintain daily recruitment tracker and pipeline data.

Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities.

Achieve monthly hiring targets as per client demand.

Manage bulk hiring in multiple locations (if required).
