Key Responsibilities

• Market Coverage: Identify and acquire new retail partners, including Kirana stores, modern trade outlets, cafes, and vending machine operators in the Shahdara area.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and value targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail owners to ensure brand loyalty.
• Order Management: Conduct daily visits to existing clients to take orders, manage stock levels, and minimize stock-outs.
• Brand Promotion: Ensure maximum brand visibility and product placement at the point of sale.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in FMCG or beverage sales is highly desirable.
• Location Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail outlets in Shahdara and surrounding East Delhi areas.
• Transportation: Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and an Android smartphone.
• Skills: Energetic, result-driven, persuasive negotiator with excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience/interview).
