Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground property sourcing, client handling, and generating leads through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property surveys and collect complete details (location, photos, videos, owner info)
• Visit builder floors, plots, and properties for listing and verification
• Generate leads through field marketing, local networking, and referrals
• Coordinate with clients for property visits and follow-ups
• Maintain proper data of all properties and client interactions
• Assist in closing deals by coordinating between buyers and sellers
• Support digital marketing team with on-ground content (videos/photos)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
• Must be comfortable with field work and local travel
• Own smartphone is mandatory (for photos, videos, WhatsApp communication)
• Own conveyance (bike/scooter) is compulsory
