- Sales and Promotion:
- Promote the company's products and services during client visits and field interactions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, where applicable, to educate clients on features and benefits.

- Market Research and Data Collection:
- Gather valuable insights from the field regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of field activities, client interactions, and feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field operations, sales achievements, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation of all field visits, including any agreements, orders, or receipts.
- Support and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the internal team to support seamless operations, including order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
- Assist in organizing and setting up company events, such as product launches or promotional activities.
- Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a field role, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications or CRM tools to report activities and manage tasks.
- Work Environment:Frequent travel is required to client locations or job sites.
