Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s products in healthcare settings. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to build long-term client relationships in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Visit doctors’ clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare establishments to promote and sell the company’s products.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Effective Communication: Present and explain products to clients, addressing their needs and queries in a professional and clear manner.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi.
