Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective customers/clients and present company products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Prepare daily sales reports and share with the team
- Participate in promotional and on-ground marketing activities (if required)
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass
- Experience in field sales/door-to-door/B2C sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable)
- Comfortable with field-based work & daily travel
