Job Description
- Acquire new B2B clients (builders, brokers, developers) through field visits, networking, and market mapping.
- Pitch RoyalNiwas.com advertising and lead-generation solutions and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture client relationships for renewal, retention, and upselling of digital listings & marketing packages.
- Conduct product demos / presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients on RoyalNiwas.com.
- Track market trends, new projects, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and share daily/weekly reports with management.
- Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure timely campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent RoyalNiwas.com professionally in field meetings, site visits, and industry events.
