Field Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities (KR/KRA)

Daily Field Visits

Assigned territory में रोज़ाना ग्राहकों से मिलना

New leads generate करना और follow-up लेना

Product Promotion & Demonstration

Company के products/services का सही तरीके से परिचय देना

Product demo देना (अगर लागू हो)

Sales Target Achievement

Monthly/quarterly sales targets पूरा करना

Sales pipeline maintain करना

Customer Relationship Management

Existing customers के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना

Customer issues या queries को तुरंत resolve करवाना

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Market trends और competitors की activity की जानकारी रखना

Management को regular updates देना

Lead Conversion & Reporting

Generated leads को closure तक लाना

Daily/weekly sales reports बनाना और manager को भेजना

Visit Documentation

Client visit report maintain करना

CRM या excel में data entry करना (जहाँ आवश्यक हो)

Payment Collection (यदि required हो)

ग्राहक से समय पर payment follow-up करना

Outstanding payments की रिपोर्ट तैयार करना

Coordination with Internal Teams

Dispatch, accounts या technical टीम के साथ coordination करना

Customer orders की smooth delivery सुनिश्चित करना

Brand Representation

Field में कंपनी की छवि को सकारात्मक तरीके से प्रस्तुत करना

Professional behaviour और communication maintain करना
