Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting product, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy sales work, communication, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
7. Record sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
8. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
9. Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Experience in imported food items or FMCG
• Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

Salary: ₹15000 per month(fixed) + ₹5000(performance based)
