Field Sales Executive – IoT Machine Monitoring Software

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: Industrial IoT / Manufacturing Software / Automation

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell IoT-based Machine Monitoring Software to manufacturing units across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting manufacturers on-site, understanding their production challenges, and closing software sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit manufacturing plants (SMEs & large industries) in Delhi NCR
  • Generate leads through cold visits, references, and networking
  • Explain and demonstrate IoT-based machine monitoring software to plant heads, production managers, and owners
  • Understand customer pain points related to machine downtime, productivity, and efficiency
  • Present solutions and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with the technical team for demos, trials, and onboarding
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma (Engineering, Management, or related field preferred)
  • 1 year of field sales experience (Industrial / B2B / Software sales preferred)
  • Experience selling to manufacturers, factories, or industrial clients
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machines, or automation (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR


Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Industrial IoT / Automation / ERP / SaaS / Machine tools sales

  • Ability to speak Hindi & English fluently
  • Familiar with factory environments and decision-makers
