📍 Location: WEST DELHI, GURGAON, NOIDA , GHAZIABAD 

💰 CTC: ₹4.80 LPA + ₹1.20 LPA (Variable)

🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Team Lead who can drive merchant acquisition, manage a team of sales executives, and achieve both individual and team targets in a 100% field sales role.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead & manage on-ground sales executives

* Drive B2B field sales (merchant acquisition, demos & closures)

* Handle hiring, training & retention of team

* Monitor sales funnel, KPIs & conversions

* Conduct daily/weekly meetings & reporting

* Achieve individual + team sales targets

* Support team in joint field calls

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

* Graduate/Postgraduate (minimum 60%)

* 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience

* Experience in Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred

* Strong cold calling & team handling experience

* Good communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
