Job Description
Partner Acquisition (Primary)
- Visit coaching institutes, tuition centres, and educators in assigned territory
- Present V Talk Connect’s Paid Partner Program
- Explain partnership benefits, commissions, and earning potential
- Close onboarding by collecting documents and fees
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institute owners
- Act as the first point of contact during onboarding
- Coordinate with internal team for activation and training
- Market Intelligence
- Identify high-potential coaching hubs and educators
- Share market feedback, competitor insights, and objections
- Maintain daily visit and follow-up reports
