Job Title: Field Sales / Merchant Onboarding Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of Field Sales / Merchant Onboarding Executive. The candidate will be responsible for merchant acquisition, onboarding, QR installation, sound box setup, and providing on-ground support to merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard merchants for digital payment platforms such as Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay

Install and activate Merchant QR codes and Sound Box devices

Provide basic merchant support and resolve operational issues

Visit assigned market areas to acquire and service merchants

Ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and usage of digital payment solutions

Maintain daily reports of field activities and merchant visits

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience working with Paytm / PhonePe / Google Pay

Hands-on experience in Sound Box installation and troubleshooting

Good knowledge of Merchant QR onboarding and activation process

Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or merchant servicing preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with field work and target-based environment

Preferred Background:

Experience in Fintech / Digital Payments industry will be an added advantage
