2. Sales & Customer Acquisition

Explain Fibernet plans, speeds, offers, and installation procedures to prospective customers.

Perform need-analysis to recommend the best broadband plan.

Achieve monthly sales targets for new connections.

Handle objections and convince customers through strong product knowledge.

3. Field Sales Activities

Conduct on-ground promotional activities such as canopy setups, leaflet distribution, and area campaigns.

Participate in local events or tie-ups to generate inquiries.

Coordinate with the installation team to ensure quick customer onboarding.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain good rapport with customers, society management, and business owners.

Ensure smooth connection activation and follow up on any post-installation issues.

Provide basic guidance to customers about app usage, bill payments, and support channels.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily sales reports (DSR).

Update CRM tools with customer details, leads, and sales status.

Submit documents such as KYC, installation forms, and payment records accurately.

6. Market Intelligence

Keep track of competitor broadband providers and their pricing/offers.

Share feedback on customer demands and market trends with management
