Field Sales Executive

seeking a dynamic and persuasive Field Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our driver base by promoting our vehicle rental and lease services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field-level outreach, converting prospective drivers into active partners by explaining our rental agreements, benefits, and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Conduct on-ground activities to identify and source potential driver partners.

·      Visit target locations such as transport hubs, fuel stations, parking areas, or vehicle service centers for lead generation.

·      Explain partnership benefits, eligibility criteria, and the onboarding process to prospective drivers.

·      Collect and verify required documents from drivers (license, ID, vehicle documents, etc.).

·      Coordinate with the internal team for driver onboarding, training, and activation.

·      Maintain daily reports on leads generated, conversions, and challenges faced.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to understand their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field operations, sales, or driver onboarding (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in local language and basic English/Hindi.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory/region.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
