#### **Job Overview:**  

TBC GROUP is looking for a reliable and hardworking **Field Boy** to support daily operational tasks outside the office. The role requires traveling within Delhi for property site visits, document collection/delivery, and assisting in real estate operations.  

#### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Visit property sites for inspections, documentation, and coordination.  

- Deliver and collect official documents, agreements, and payments from clients and vendors.  

- Assist in property viewings and liaise with potential clients as required.  

- Coordinate with the office team to ensure timely execution of tasks.  

- Maintain records of visits, deliveries, and any field-related activity.  

- Handle minor administrative duties and errands related to real estate operations.  

#### **Requirements:**  

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.  

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.  

- Good knowledge of Delhi locations and routes.  

- Ability to work independently and maintain punctuality.  

- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.  

- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
