Paytm - FSE Job Details :- 

Basically Its a field job - Sales and Service - Both are different departments . 

Job hours 9.30 to 6.30 . 6 days working ( Sunday Off ) . 

Bike and Andorid phone mandatory .

Sales - First 15 Days will be Training ( In which You will get 15 days salary also and per day 20 Revisits On Shops ) Than from 16 to 30 day you have to sell 5 Sound box mandatory ..

From 2nd Month - per day 2 product sale is mandatory to make salary . Incentives are upto 

50 thousands . More Details will be shared in interview . 

Service - Basically its a field job where you have to cover 20 killomters to close Leads of merchants issues . You will give services to existing paytm merchants . And leads will be given by Company its self in your working Application . 

( 3 days training and your Leads closing target will be Started from 4 th day ) . 

Minimum close 11 points Per day to achieve Full salary + 3000 fuel + 8000 rs incentive — Condition per day 11 points you have to do . And monthly 275 points touch than only fuel and incentive will be applied - Other wise Salary will be Deducted .
